Thumbs down in response to the numerous letters from David Cannon. I find them contentious, ultra right-wing ranting, full of vitriol for anyone or anything he considers liberal or that does not agree with his point of view. I do not see much true Christianity in them. I am done reading them in fact.

Thumbs up to Larry Benson for his really great, well-written and thoughtful responses. I often look forward to his responses on various subjects.

Thumbs down to the Courier-Herald for giving Mr. Cannon a huge amount of space to spew his hate each and every week. Is no one else sending letters to the editor? If they are, please make room for them. I do not believe the majority of people in Enumclaw are racist and full of hatred. I find the people in Enumclaw to be fair minded, kind, intelligent & reasonable people. Prove me wrong.
