Washington can still celebrate “abortionists” if Roe is overturned

It’s called states rights — look it up, liberals.

The anniversary of Roe v. Wade is approaching. This is significant due to some cases the U.S. Supreme Court is hearing. Liberals and leftists are up in arms across the country because abortion is like religion to them and there is potential the Supreme Court will overturn Roe v. Wade.

Hopefully I can alleviate the fear of libs and leftists if Roe v. Wade is overturned. It will not make abortion illegal all across the country. The court will defer to the states to take up the issue. It’s called the 10th Amendment (kids and Democrats, Google 10th Amendment). There is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that gives anyone a “right to an abortion.” In fact, there is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that guarantees healthcare or housing. There is a right to free speech, a right to arm yourself and other rights that are specified; rights not specified are deferred to the states. This is why Roe v. Wade was a horrible ruling from the start.

So, if states like Washington want to make abortion legal up until the due date, under the 10th Amendment, they would be able to do that. I mean, the kid can be viable when the abortionist does his or her job, but it’s a right to terminate that kids’ life. They can throw parades celebrating abortionists that kill the unborn child. They can throw parades and celebrate the “brave” politicians that collect campaign donations to keep the killing of unborn children legal. The media can do puff pieces on women that had abortions and have succeeded in life because they no longer had the inconvenience of a child.

Other states can pass laws keeping abortion legal, but still have reasonable restrictions because the citizens realize abortion cannot be used as a form of birth control. I mean, it’s not unreasonable to prosecute the abortionist for murder if the unborn child survives the abortion and the abortionist finishes the kid off outside the womb (kids and Democrats, Google that because that has happened).

Red states, which believe an unborn child should be given the opportunity to live the American dream, will make abortion illegal. If the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, I’m guessing unborn babies are keeping their fingers crossed that their momma lives in a red state.

Libs and leftists will scream “precedence” in regard to Supreme Court rulings. You hear this from Democrats when there is a judicial appointment. My response is simple: there are some Supreme Court rulings that are horrible law. Dred Scott is an example of that (kids and Democrats, Google Dred Scott).

One thing I will guarantee is that no matter the outcome, libs and leftists will take the opportunity to activate their militant branch (Antifa and BLM) to peacefully destroy Democrat-run cities all across the country. Businesses will burn, anyone that disagrees with them will be beaten in the streets and leftist prosecutors like Dan Satterberg will let them go.
