Enumclaw Rotary has been involved since 2009 with World Vision in funding and assembling Caregiver Kits as an international project (one of Rotary’s areas of service).

The cost of each caregiver kit is $30.  Over the four year period, we have raised a little over $18,000 which means more than 600 kits have been assembled and sent overseas to 13 different countries with significant HIV/AIDS involvement and little health care.

Support has come from:

  • Mutual of Enumclaw,
  • Calvary Presbyterian Church,
  • Enumclaw Rotary Club, and individuals.

Enumclaw Rotary sponsored fundraisers:

  • Sale of Taco Time Coupon Booklets
  • Applebee’s pancake breakfast
  • Community support by funding one or more kits

The Rotary Club International Committee is always looking for organizations, groups and individuals to grow the program in Enumclaw.  The Caregiver Kit Project involves the various parts of the city in selfless work and is time limited so people can contribute and feel like they have accomplished some good.
