Putting ‘Robin Hood’ on stage showcases EHS senior’s work

Every year Enumclaw High School seniors must complete a Senior Project as part of graduation requirements. Brought up in a theater family, senior Melaina Johnson decided to fall back on the thing she knows best – theater. Under the umbrella of Imagination Theatre, Johnson is directing “Robin Hood,” and will bring it to the stage in performances at 2 and 7 p.m. Nov. 5 at the Glacier Middle School auditorium in Buckley. With drive, determination and a love for theatre, she is working with a cast of 16 actors, ranging in age from 8 to 14. Her theater background has made volunteering her time to this project both fun and a learning process.
