Internationally-acclaimed Celtic violinist Jamie Laval performed Thursday night in the Enumclaw High School gymnasium as part of a fundraiser for the Enumclaw School District’s music education programs. The musical entertainment also included performances by elementary, middle school and high school groups. As part of the fundraising effort, several local artists had been given discarded violins and cellos and turned them into works of art to be auctioned off.
