Animal Services Advisory Panel seeks members | Pierce County

The Pierce County Auditor’s Office is seeking new members for the Pierce County Animal Services Advisory Panel (ASAP). ASAP is a diverse panel that provides recommendations and coordination with community partners for Pierce County Animal Control. The panel’s goal is to improve the overall quality of care and control of animals for Pierce County.

The Pierce County Auditor’s Office is seeking new members for the Pierce County Animal Services Advisory Panel (ASAP). ASAP is a diverse panel that provides recommendations and coordination with community partners for Pierce County Animal Control. The panel’s goal is to improve the overall quality of care and control of animals for Pierce County.

ASAP has vacancies for the following members:

– At large member of the public

– Animal welfare organization (board or staff)

– Horse owner

The panel meets quarterly on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. in the Pierce County Auditor’s Office, 2401 S 35th St., Tacoma, WA 98409. Meeting dates for 2015 are:

– Feb. 17, 2015

– May 19, 2015

– Aug. 18, 2015

– Nov. 17, 2015
