A missing biker, a stolen chainsaw, and a recovered vehicle.

May 31

■ Officers pulled over a speeding vehicle on SE 288th Street around 5:30 a.m. The driver had a suspended license, so they were cited and released.

June 1

■ Police assisted King County deputies searching for a missing individual thought to be on a bike trail off SR 410 around 2 a.m. The subject was not located.

■ Officers helped the Enumclaw police at the scene of a recovered stolen vehicle at the Yella Beak Saloon around 5:30 a.m. Two subjects were detained and released with charges forwarded.

■ Police were contacted by a Black Diamond resident who wanted to report a stolen chainsaw. The woman said she last saw the chainsaw in her basement a year ago, but discovered it missing mid-May. She confronted her son, who was the only other person who had keys to the basement, but he denied taking it.

June 2

■ Officers were called to a 229th Avenue SE location around noon concerning unwanted subjects at a residence. Police were informed by the caller and property owner that the subjects in question were evicted, but after talking to the residents, it was determined the eviction process was not fully completed.

June 3

■ Someone called police around 4 p.m regarding someone attempting to open a car door with a screwdriver near 218th Place SE. However, a description of the car or the subject was not given, and officers were unable to find anything suspicious.

■ Police were flagged down by someone on 216th Avenue SE around 9:15 p.m. regarding a possible assault. However, the incident occurred outside city limits, so King County deputies were called.

June 5

■ Officers were called to 3rd Avenue around 3:45 p.m. regarding an unwanted subject. The subject was intoxicated and wanted to call a family member to pick them up. Officers helped contact their family.
