Black Diamond police reports May 7-14

INTOXICATED: At approximately 12:45 a.m. May 7 on Southeast 288th, a 34-year-old man was stopped for suspected driving while intoxicated. Based on the officer’s observations, he was transported and processed for DUI. Blood-alcohol tests found he was in excess of the legal limit. He was booked into the Buckley jail.

NO INTERLOCK DEVICE: At approximately 11:20 a.m. May 11, a routine driver check showed a 40-year-old man was driving with a suspended license. He was cited both for that offense and for operating a vehicle without a required interlock device. His vehicle was towed.

UNWANTED: At approximately 9:18 a.m. May 14, an officer was dispatched to an address on 224th Avenue Southeast regarding an individual who was refusing to leave the property. The officer arrived and issued the 58-year-old man a trespass notice, which he refused to sign. The man was told he could be arrested for trespassing if he returned to the property.
