Bonney Lake police searching for suspect in drugstore robbery

subject displayed a handgun to the clerk and demanded prescription drugs

On Aug. 7, at approximately 12:30 p.m., the Rite-Aide Pharmacy in Bonney Lake was robbed. The suspect is described as a white male, 5-foot-9 to 6-foot tall wearing a baseball hat with a sticker on the top of the bill. The subject was also wearing a checkered flannel over a white shirt, dark jeans and white shoes. The subject displayed a handgun to the clerk and demanded prescription drugs. The subject fled the store and was seen leaving in a dark colored import vehicle, possibly a Honda or Toyota.
