Briefly | April 19

There was a cut-off article last week, plus a hearing update and a town hall with Reagan Dunn.

CUT OFF ARTICLE: Last week’s article, “Green River Bridge closed this weekend”, was incomplete, as the last sentence was cut off. The full sentence is: “A separate closure of the Green River Gorge Bridge, located on SE Green River Gorge Road, is scheduled on April 18 by King County.” Additionally, the expected opening date is April 21.

HEARING UPDATE: The competency hearing for Donald Linder, accused of possessing an illegal weapon and explosives, has been moved from April 14 to May 31.

DUNN TOWN HALL: King County Councilmember Reagan Dunn is hosting a South King County town hall meeting from 6 to 8 p.m. May 4 at the Neuwaukum Wedding and Event Hall (38402 180th Ave SE, Auburn).Part of the reason to hold this town hall is because a recent council redistricting means Dunn now represents more of the Plateau, including the Berrydale, Holm Lake, Wabash, the Green River Natural Area, Osceola, and parts of the Muckleshoot Reservation areas.
