A Public Disclosure Commission report was resolved, and one trial update.

PDC COMPLAINT UPDATE: A public disclosure complaint against Vivian Cadematori, who lost her race for the Enumclaw School District Board, was resolved and closed with no evidence of violations. The complaint, filed by Black Diamond Councilmember Kristiana de Leon, alleged that private Facebook pages (ESD Candidate for Change and Excellence in Enumclaw Education) failed to register as a political action committee. “The PDC finds that no further action is necessary and has dismissed this matter,” the Washington State Public Disclosure Committee wrote.

TRIAL UPDATE: The trial of Daniel Ray Evans, accused of three county of first degree animal cruelty after allegedly stabbing multiple family pets, has been moved from Feb. 13 to April 16.
