JOANN THOMAS APPEALS SENTENCE: Joann Thomas, who was sentenced to three years in prison for defrauding Enumclaw taxpayers of more than $460,000 with her husband, former Drainage District Commissioner Allan Thomas, appears to be appealing her sentence in the 9th District Court of Appeals. The appeal was filed Jan. 13; her appeal brief is due April 14.

TRIAL UPDATE: The trial of Aaron Myers, a former Enumclaw School District psychologist accused of possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), has been moved from Jan. 17 to Feb. 14.
