NO FOREST SERVICE OFFICE UPDATE: The Courier-Herald has continued to reach out to the U.S. Forest Service for an update about the local office closing (see “Forest Service again moves to close local office”, published Nov. 9). We were informed of a meeting on Nov. 17 regarding the closure, but have not heard back from the department.
