TRIAL UPDATE: The trial of Joseph Hefner, accused of raping a child, has been rescheduled from Oct. 13 to Nov. 24.

TRIAL UPDATE: The trial of Huy Nguyen, accused of first degree murder, has been rescheduled from Oct. 20 to Jan. 5, 2026.

SENTENCING UPDATE: The sentencing of Andrew Baim, who pled guilty to the vehicular homicide of Nick Valison, has been rescheduled from Oct. 24 to Dec. 18.

TRIAL UPDATE: The trial of Michelle Oster, accused of killing two people in a fatal crash October 2023, has been rescheduled from Nov. 3 to April 27, 2026.
