RFL is an overnight community event in which participants celebrate cancer survivors, remember those who lost a battle with cancer, and fight back by raising funds for ACS research and other programs. In 2009 Relay For Life in Buckley raised more than $80,000 in the fight against cancer. This year’s RFL is scheduled for May 14 and 15 along River Street near the skateboard park and Youth Center.
