Building activities at Pierce County librairies

Children will have the opportunity to develop imagination and other skills at free events held by Pierce County Library System from January to May.

Legos, Duplos, blocks, straws and connnectors and other building contraptions will be available for children over 5-years-old.

The events will be held at the following Pierce County libraries:

Buckley Pierce County Library, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., April 2

Gig Harbor Pierce County Library, 10 to 11:30 a.m., Jan. 18, March 15 and April 19

Lakewood Pierce County Library, 12:30 to 2 p.m., Jan. 15, Feb. 19, March 5, March 26, April 16 and 2:45 to 4 p.m., Feb.5, May 14 and May 28

Parkland/Spanaway Pierce County Library, 3:30 to 5 p.m. Jan. 14, Feb. 11, March 11, April 8 and May 13

South Hill Pierce County Library, 4 to 6 p.m., Jan. 22, Feb. 26, March 26, April 23 and May 14

Children under 7-years-old must be accompanied by an adult. No registration required.
