Community Service Camps are an extension of service and ministry to the community. The curriculum has been designed to use nature and the outdoors as a setting to share the gospel and teach environmental awareness, encourage prosocial behavior and safely provide opportunity to every camper for fun and adventure.

Campers get to spend their days exploring more than 600 acres of nature trails near Mount Rainier, team up on the outdoor challenge course, swim in the outdoor pool, and make new friends, all in a safe and friendly environment.

This opportunity is offered to those who participate in the free- or reduced-lunch program at school. Applications are available at the Black Diamond Community Center. Contact the center at 360-886-1011 for more information. Applications are due by July 10. The camp fee is $30 for those who qualify.
