Street rods, cruisers, motorcycles, customs and hot rods will again be hitting the streets of downtown Enumclaw.

The Stratocruisers Street Rod and Collectable Car Club will put on its 10th annual Cruise Into Fall car show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.  This year, there will be an Enumclaw police cruiser and the Enumclaw Fire Department will have a live demonstration of a simulated automobile accident where they will demonstrate the use of specialized tools like the Jaws of Life.

Visitors to the show will be able to vote for the car they like best  in categories like “best grocery getter” or the car most likely to outrun the Enumclaw police. There will be entertainment and a raffle for a wide variety of prizes. Proceeds from both the raffle and show will be donated to charities like Enumclaw’s St. Elizabeth Hospital, Medic One in Pierce and King counties, Children’s Hospital, Northwest Second Harvest, Toys For Tots, Red Cross and the Enumclaw Senior Activity Center.

The show is open for all cars, trucks, motorcycles, customs and street rods pre-1981. Registration is $15 and set up begins at 8 a.m.  There will be dash plaques and goodie-bags for the first 150 cars to register.
