Staff at the Buckley Senior Center are looking to identify at least 17 recipients for their Santa Giving project – and the registration deadline is drawing near.

Eligible are residents of the White River School District, age 55 or older, who are homebound; for example, they do not drive, live with someone who drives, or have a full-time paid caregiver. Also, recipients must be members of the Buckley Senior Center (membership is free).

Applications are available on the city website, www.cityofbuckley.com, and must be submitted by Dec. 12.

Volunteers will personally visit each recipient and drop off gifts on Dec. 20.
