DOG BITE: After hearing of a vicious dog at large in the Harding Street neighborhood, an officer responded the morning of Jan. 23. He found a victim who had been attacked and bitten by the dog. Police contacted the dog’s owner, then notified King County Animal Control.

THREATENING LETTERS: A citizen arrived at the police lobby Jan. 23, wanting to speak to an officer about threatening letters that had been received. An officer provided advice but, because the issue occurred outside city limits, the citizen was referred to county authorities.

SUSPICIOUS: Police were alerted the morning of Jan. 22 to suspicious activity at the local recycling center. A man in a black pickup was attempting to sell or give away several fairly new generators from the bed of his truck. The man had departed when police arrived.

ITEMS STOLEN: An officer contacted a victim Jan. 22, who reported items were missing from the RV parking area at Crystalaire mobile home park. There were no immediate suspects.
