Missing Person: An officer responded to a report that an elderly man with dementia and diabetes was missing from his daughter’s home. The officer contacted his ex-wife who has a Vulnerable Adult Protection Order that prevents her from transporting him from his residence but does not limit contact with him. She told the officer she had not seen him. Later, the officer found out the ex-wife was asked by the missing man to make a doctor’s appointment for him. The officer contacted the doctor’s office and was informed when he arrived. An officer with the Lakewood Police Department was asked to make contact with the subject at the doctor’s office. The man returned home with his daughter.

Domestic Disturbance: Officers responded to a call around 6 p.m. of a domestic disturbance between the reporting party and their son. They reported their son was high and had threatened to kill them if they contacted the police. Once the officers arrived, the subject had left the property on foot. After doing a records check, found he had a warrant for a previous domestic violence assault. The officers could not locate the subject. They wrote a citation for domestic violence harassment and informed the parents on how to apply for a no contact order.

Warrant Arrest: Officers met with officers from the Sumner Police Department for the exchange of a subject with a Bonney Lake arrest warrant. The subject was transported to the Enumclaw jail where she was booked on that warrant.
