Drunk driver quickly crashes | Enumclaw police reports Dec. 21-22

DRUNK DRIVER: Police learned of an intoxicated driver who left a Farman Street address and crashed across the street. Officers responded and took the driver into custody for driving under the influence. The incident occurred at 1:45 a.m. Dec. 22.

ARREST WARRANT: An officer traveled to the Puyallup jail at 5 a.m. Dec. 22 to pick up a subject who was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by Enumclaw Municipal Court.

EXTRA PATROL: Additional police patrol was requested at 8:30 p.m. Dec. 22 for a Garrett Street location, due to recent burglary attempts.

MAILBOXES DAMAGED: Police dealt with damage to 25 mailboxes the morning of Dec. 21. A homeowner’s president was to provide a list of all property damage and notify the U.S. Postal Service.

VEHICLE PROWL: An iPod was taken during a vehicle prowl Dec. 21 in the  vicinity of Initial Avenue and Wells Street.

UNWANTED: A Grand Fir Drive resident called police shortly after 9 p.m. Dec. 21, complaining of an unwanted man at the front door. Police responded and determined the man was a process server attempting to serve paper. An officer contacted the reporting party and the official paperwork was served.
