When the officer asked about the odor, the driver immediately appeared nervous and denied she had any marijuana in the car. The officer asked her to exit the vehicle and again asked about marijuana, which she denied. When the officer asked for consent to search the vehicle, the driver admitted to having a small amount of marijuana in her purse, which she gave to the officer. When he asked again about a search she admitted he would find something in the car, but then consented to the search. Inside the car, police located a computer bag containing three plastic baggies full of marijuana.
