East Pierce Fire and Rescue firefighters will accompany Santa during his annual visit to local neighborhoods in Bonney Lake, Sumner, Lake Tapps, Prairie Ridge, South Prairie, Wilkeson, Edgewood and Milton.
“This is such a fun event,” East Pierce Firefighter James Parke said. “It really puts us all in the Christmas spirit.”
Parke is coordinating Santa’s visit again this year.
Firefighters, who volunteer their time for this event, will also be collecting donations for local food banks.
Santa’s visit is sponsored by the International Association of Firefighters Local No. 3520 with assistance from the East Pierce Volunteer Firefighters’ Association.
