Board members are nominated by the mayor and confirmed by the council.
The Park Board is a 7-member body which provides guidance, direction, and recommendations regarding the planning, acquisition and operation of park facilities, the community center and recreational programs.
The purpose of the Human Services Advisory Board is to assist and advise elected officials in the city in identifying the local social service needs and recommending priorities to meet those needs.
