Today’s New Information:
The “Connections Program” is coming to EHS! What is the Connections program you may ask? This is an elective class you can take and be a peer tutor for one period a day helping your special needs peers. You would be asked to tutor in math, reading, writing or whatever the class is working on that period. This program has been a huge success at TMMS and we can make it one at EHS also. If you are at all interested in checking it out, there is a sign up sheet on the round table in the counselors office. Mrs. Shorter will be collecting those names and will call you down for an interview in the next couple weeks. This is an awesome opportunity for all Hornet’s to give back to their peers and their community!
Attention everyone. Mark your calendar. Friday, June 1st is the annual EHS Streetmasters Club Car Show and Car Bash. Once again there will be prizes for the Best of Show for students and teachers vehicles along with many other categories. For more information, check out the flyers around campus or the entry form which you can pick up in the auto shop or in the activities office. Hope to see you there.
EHS Drama is proud to present the final play of the year: “The House at Pooh Corner”. Starring Seniors Cole Snider, Nick Peterson, Alexis Lorenz, Reece Menzel, Andrew Bass, David Smith, Joslyn Lynch, Emma Pierce, and Candace Denney. This show is one hour of Piglet, Pooh, and TIGGER! It will make you laugh and maybe cry and it has scary parts too. (But not too scary!) Performances are 2:00 and 7:30PM on Saturday, May 19. See you there!
ATTENTION SENIORS:
There will be a senior class meeting during Core/Choice on Thursday, May 24th to give the final information about Project Make ‘Em Weep! Be sure to be there to find out all the information you’ll need to know!
Attention, sophomores and juniors, interested in helping new students adjust to EHS, while also learning fun leadership skills? Then apply to be a Link Crew leader. Application can be picked up at the ASB or main office and are due TODAY.
