ACCIDENT ASSIST: Enumclaw police were called to assist King County authorities at the scene of a one-car, rollover accident at 8 a.m. Feb. 16. The incident occurred at the intersection of 284th Avenue Southeast and Southeast 424th Street.
BURGLARIES: Police were told the morning of Feb 16 of two break-ins at a neighborhood recreation center on Mountain Villa Drive. Missing were a DVD player and a Wii console.
TACOMA TRIP: An officer went to the Pierce County jail at 11 p.m. Feb. 16 to pick up an inmate wanted on Enumclaw Municipal Court warrants for telephone harassment and violation of a protection order.
DOG BITE: A citizen arrived in the police station lobby Feb. 15 reporting she suffered a dog bite and had already been treated by a doctor. The incident occurred on Garfield Street. An officer contacted the pet owner and was to notify King County Animal Control of the incident.
SUBJECT FOUND: Police took an anonymous report Feb. 15 of two intoxicated males in a pickup; it was also noted drug paraphernalia might be found with the subjects. When police located the suspects they destroyed paraphernalia found nearby.
THREATS MADE: A citizen told police Feb. 15 he was having problems with a neighbor who constantly followed him and had made some threatening comments. He was told of his options and the neighbor was told to stay away from the reporting party.
HOLDING GUNS: A Feb. 14 caller asked police to retrieve some guns from a neighbor’s Semanski Street apartment. An officer took the firearms to the police station for safekeeping.
NOT WANTED: Staff at Enumclaw High School told police Feb. 14 of two unwanted males hanging out in front of the school. An officer made contact and a “no trespassing” letter was served on one of the subjects.
OFF TO SCHOOL: An officer was called Feb. 14 to a Weatherbee Lane address by a parent who was dealing with a juvenile who refused to go to school. An officer spoke with both the juvenile and parents and the youngster headed to school.
VOLUNTARY COMMIT: Officers responded Feb. 13 to a Cole Street address, as did medical personnel. One person was eventually transported to St. Frances Hospital on a voluntary commitment.
ASSAULT: An officer responded the morning of Feb. 12 to a Lafromboise Street residence and a report of an assault that had occurred. An investigation resulted in a female being arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF: An employee reported Feb. 12 that the occupants of an apartment trashed their room, breaking the microwave oven and damaging the walls.
JEWELRY THEFT: Officers were told Feb. 11 that jewelry had been taken from a Gossard Street home. The reporting party identified a possible suspect and a report was taken.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Police took a report Feb. 11 of a suspicious person hanging around local parks and schools, apparently watching children. The suspect was linked with a 2004 Ford Crown Victoria. Extra police patrol was requested.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: A man called police at 8:20 p.m. Feb. 11, reporting his wife had slapped him while they were driving in the vicinity of Griffin Avenue and Farrelly Street. The man drove to the police station to file a report and his wife left on foot. A report was taken.
PATIENT GONE: Security staff at St. Elizabeth Hospital called police Feb. 11 to report a man had left the hospital despite medical advice to the contrary. He had left on foot and could not be located.
