VIOLATING COURT ORDER: police were told Tuesday a man was violating a no-contact order at a Watson Street address. He was taken into custody.

IN CUSTODY: An officer traveled to Buckley Tuesday night to arrest a subject on an Enumclaw Municipal Court warrant. With a Buckley officer assisting, the subject was taken into custody and booked into the Enumclaw jail. The warrant stemmed from the suspect’s failure to appear on a marijuana possession charge.

SUSPECT GONE: Police responded Monday morning to a Mountain Villa Dive address following a report of an assault in the clubhouse. There were no injuries or weapons involved. The following morning, the victim told police the suspect had made threats. A report was taken.

FORGERY: A Garfield Street resident told police Monday a known suspect had stolen a check and cashed it in the amount of $300.

DRUG OFFENSES: A Monday night traffic stop resulted in the driver being arrested and booked for drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. The vehicle was impounded.

AUTO THEFT AND MORE: Officers responded at 12:40 a.m. Sunday to a McHugh Avenue address, where a resident reported two men were ringing his doorbell and claiming they were having car trouble. An officer responded and determined the vehicle had been reported stolen. One of the suspects was arrested for possession of stolen property and the second was arrested for possession of marijuana. The first suspect also was found to be wanted on a juvenile felony warrant. The registered owner arrived hours later and allowed a search of the vehicle, which turned up several stolen items in the trunk, including a weapon. Police also found ammunition throughout the vehicle, both spent and live rounds.

ASSAULT: Police responded at 5:14 a.m. Sunday to a Myrtine Street address after learning of an assault. The victim was treated at the scene by paramedics while a suspect was arrested and booked for assault/domestic violence.

ANIMAL ISSUE: A citizen arrived at the police station Saturday to report her dog was attacked by another dog. An officer located the owner of the other dog and the issue was settled. The victim’s dog did not require veterinary attention.

TEEN STUFF: A officer on patrol at 12:15 a.m. Saturday observed a group of teenagers acting suspiciously in the vicinity of Railroad Street and Washington Avenue. Upon making contact, the officer noticed a strong odor of marijuana and wound up confiscating drug paraphernalia, alcohol and cigarettes.

JUVENILE TROUBLE: An employee of a Roosevelt Avenue business called police at 12:15 a.m. Saturday, reporting that a group of teenagers had been throwing candy and other items around the store and creating a disturbance. When asked to leave, they refused. An officer responded, made contact with the teens and stood by while they cleaned up their mess.

AGENCY ASIST: Enumclaw police received a request at 2:30 a.m. Friday from Buckley police, who were asking for help in locating a vehicle associated with a domestic disturbance. Enumclaw and Buckley were checked with no results. The suspect later surrendered.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT: Police were informed Friday of a problem with a motorist continually running through a stop light after delivering children to, or picking them up from, a daycare center. Police made contact with the driver and warned her to observe traffic laws. Extra traffic patrol was requested.
