Fled on foot | Enumclaw Police Blotter

Police were told the afternoon of Oct. 24 of a suspicious person sitting in a vehicle at Wynalda Drive and Farrelly Street. When police attempted to make contact, the man fled on foot and could not be located.

TRAFFIC HAZARD: The morning of Oct. 26, police took multiple reports of a power line down in the vicinity of Battersby Avenue and Cole Street, with vehicle driving over the line. Police responded, moved the line from the road and notified Comcast and Century Link.

FLEES THE SCENE: Police were told the afternoon of Oct. 24 of a suspicious person sitting in a vehicle at Wynalda Drive and Farrelly Street. When police attempted to make contact, the man fled on foot and could not be located.

FRAUD: Two fraudulent charges were made to a credit card, according to an Oct. 24 report. The card was cancelled and the bank was to reimburse the victim. There were no immediate suspects. The following day, a citizen reported unauthorized charges being made on her bank card. A course of action was suggested and the victim was following the advice.

ARREST WARRANT: A city officer met the morning of Oct. 24 with Auburn police to take custody of an individual wanted on an Enumclaw Municipal Court warrant. The suspect was delivered to the Enumclaw police station and booked into jail.
