A person arrived at the police station lobby Nov. 21 with explosives that had been found. An officer secured the items, to be returned to the state Department of Fish and Wildlife.

EXPLOSIVES: A person arrived at the police station lobby Nov. 21 with explosives that had been found. An officer secured the items, to be returned to the state Department of Fish and Wildlife.

DRUG CHARGE: Police responded the evening of Nov. 21 to the vicinity of Lowell Place and Harding Street, where they arrested a suspect on a drug charge.

WARRANT ARREST: Police went to a Lafromboise Street address the morning of Nov. 21, looking for someone wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Kent Police Department. The person was located, arrested and transported to be turned over to Kent authorities.

NOVEMBER 24: Police took a report of a commercial burglary at a state Route 410 location. Also, there was a call about items stolen from a vehicle at a Division Street address. Other calls concerned someone who wandered away from Rainier School and a suspicious person at a highway location.
