Gasoline heist on Mill Street | Buckley Police News

A Mill Street resident notified police the morning of Jan. 29, reporting the theft gasoline.

SUSPENDED LICENSES: Police made three separate stops March 3 in which drivers were behind the wheel with a suspended license. In two cases, the drivers were arrested, cited and released; the other incident resulted in the driver arrested and booked into the Enumclaw jail.

DRIVER ARRESTED: Police were dispatched at 5:25 p.m. Jan. 29 to the vicinity of Ryan Road and state Route 165 and the scene of a two-car collision that was blocking the road. It was determined that one of the motorists was driving with a suspended license; he was arrested, cited and released without incident.

GAS HEIST: A Mill Street resident notified police the morning of Jan. 29, reporting the theft of approximately nine gallons of gasoline from his truck.

ARREST WARRANT: Buckley police were directed Jan. 28 to a Cedar Street address, where they contacted a man about an outstanding warrant. After confirming the warrant, they arrested and booked the man; the original charges was for third-degree theft.
