BAG OF MAIL: On April 29 officers were called to a mysterious bag of discarded mail in someone’s bushes. The bag contained mail from residents all around the general area. 11 different individuals were identified by the mail. Officers contacted the individuals and the mail returned.

GOING THROUGH A PURSE: Officers were called May 1 to a report of three males searching through a woman’s purse. When officers arrived on the scene one of the males closed the trunk of the car, and officers found the purse next to the drivers side. Officers contacted the man who closed the trunk, who refused to give officers his name. Officers believed the man was looking for an escape route and handcuffed him. A search revealed a glass smoking device and he was placed under arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia. The man was booked at Puyallup jail.
