LAKE TAPPS: Wells Fargo Bank robbed second time; suspect sought

Lake Tapps bank robbed for second time, police seeking information on suspect.

The Auburn Police Department is seeking assistance in the identification and apprehension of a white man in his 20s that was involved in a bank robbery on Dec. 30 at about 4:17 p.m. at the Wells Fargo Bank located inside the Top Food and Drug store on Lake Tapps Parkway East.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-20s, about 5 foot 7 with a thin build.

The branch was robbed previously on Dec. 17. The suspect in that robbery is still being sought.

Wells Fargo is offering up to a $5,000 reward for original information leading to the identification, apprehension and conviction of the person(s) involved in the robbery.
