LEFT DRUGS IN STORE: Officers were called on April 4 to a report of found drugs. The reporting party told officers they found a small bag of meth left in a shopping basket. Video surveillance was not able to confirm an owner.

CRASHED INTO SHOP: On April 4 officers responded to a call of a car crashing into a car shop in town. Officers made contact with the female driver, who was in the car shop. The female explained she was looking for her child and did not remember the crash. The woman was unable to calm down or make sense to officers. Officers determined the female was under the influence of drugs, and after East Pierce Fire & Rescue evaluated her, came to the same conclusion. The female was transported to a hospital and the car was impounded.
