Library program looks at Mehndi art form

Henna tattoo artist Krysteen Lomonaco will help patrons decorate themselves with a beautiful, natural and temporary tattoo. There is no charge, but registration is required. A signed parental permission form is necessary for teens. For information, call 360-829-0300.
