A piano talent contest will take place from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Arrow Lumber and Hardware in Buckley.

There will be six groups performing: preschoolers through kindergarten students; grades 1 to 3; grades 4 to 6; grades 7 and 8; grades 9 and 10; and grades 11 and 12.

The first-place winner in each category will receive a $25 prize. A similar competition took plae in Eatonville and another is planned for March 27 at Arrow’s Orting store.
