The following Western Washington University graduates from the Plateau area earned their bachelor’s or master’s degrees and were awarded diplomas.

Black Diamond: Marie Angelosante, bachelor of arts in music; Jennifer Angelosante, master of science in mathematics; Michele Slechta, bachelor of arts in education in mathematics (secondary).

Enumclaw: Colin Patrick, bachelor of arts in political science; Dale LeClaire, bachelor of science in plastics engineering technology.

Alison Goodfellow of Enumclaw is listed on the 2009 spring semester dean’s list at the university of Portland. She is a senior majoring in English.

To qualify for the dean’s list, students must maintain a grade-point average of 3.5 or better.
