FRAUD

• At 6:15 p.m. Feb. 7, a man visited the police station to report the theft of his ATM card from his residence. He said the card was used in Federal Way, Fife and Tacoma. He said he had a suspect in mind.

ARMED ROBBERY

• At 12:43 a.m. Feb. 5, police responded to a report of armed robbery, with the gun implied, which occurred at a bar along state Route 410. The victim told police he was approached from behind by an unknown suspect who shoved what the man thought was a gun into his back and demanded a bag from him. The victim complied and the man fled on foot. The victim did not see the suspect because he was told he would be shot if he looked at the suspect. The victim’s bag and all its contents were acquired in a K9 search of the area, but the suspect was not located.

KNIFE FIGHT

• At 1:55 a.m. Feb. 6, police responded to the Diamond Lounge regarding a fight in progress involving a knife. The bar’s bouncer was physically holding down a man in the parking lot. Police detained the man, who was pinned, and the bouncer said the man was involved in a verbal dispute with a bar patron and left the bar before returning with a large knife. The man waved the knife around and yelled at several people in the parking lot before the bouncer tackled him. The suspect was booked into the Pierce County Jail for disorderly conduct and possession of a dangerous weapon.

DOMESTIC AND MARIJUANA

• At 10:40 p.m. Feb. 6, police responded to a report of a physical domestic assault on 70th Street East. While speaking with a witness on scene, police smelled an odor of marijuana coming from the man. A plastic bag containing marijuana was found in his pants and the man was cited for unlawful possession of marijuana. The man presented police with a photocopied prescription, which was a paper containing written marijuana laws.
