The City Council of the City of Bonney Lake will hold a public hearing on October 28 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to accept testimony regarding Ordinance 1489, extending the moratorium enacted under Ordinance Nos. 1468, 1469, and 1481, prohibiting the production, processing, and retail sales of marijuana and prohibiting the granting of any city license or permit related to such activities.

All members of the public may provide testimony during the public hearing or they may submit written comments prior to the public hearing. The City Council meets at Bonney Lake Justice & Municipal Center located at 9002 Main St E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391. Written comments may be submitted prior to the hearing to the City Clerk at P.O. Box 7380, Bonney Lake, WA 98391.

For citizens with disabilities who are requesting translators or adaptive equipment for communication purposes, the City requests notification as soon as possible as to the type of service or equipment needed.
