The City Council of the City of Bonney Lake will hold a Public Hearing during the regular meeting of June 14, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider the proposed surplus and disposal of real property located at 4824 Aqua Dr. E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391.

The 9820 square foot property was formally used for volunteer firefighter purposes under the control of East Pierce Fire & Rescue and is proposed for sale as a single-family residential building lot.

All members of the public may provide testimony during the public hearing or they may submit written comments prior to the public hearing to the City Clerk at P.O. Box 7380, Bonney Lake, WA 98391.

The City Council meets at the Bonney Lake Justice & Municipal Center located at 9002 Main Street East, Bonney Lake, WA.
