On Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., the City of Bonney Lake Hearing Examiner will conduct a public hearing in the Bonney Lake Council Chambers located at 9002 Main Street East, Bonney Lake, WA. The purpose of this hearing is to accept public comments pertaining to the following:

Application PLN 2014-01769: A formal application has been filed with the Department Community Development by Skystone Apartments, LLC, c/o William T. Lynn, Gordon Thomas Honeywell, LLP, to appeal the revised Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance (MDNS) issued for the Skystone Apartments project.

The appellant requests that mitigation condition two (2) be eliminated. The challenged condition reads as follows: “The sewer line shall be extend to the eastern edge of the property within the Pierce County right-of-way. The gravity sewer main along Pierce County right-of-way shall besized to provide sufficient capacity for the entire basin.”

The public is invited to attend this meeting to express any comments or opinions. Written comments may be submitted prior to the end of business on January 19, 2015 to the Community Development Department, c/o Ryan Harriman, AICP, Associate Planner, 9002 Main Street East, Suite 300, Bonney Lake, Washington 98391.
