John Graff, 56, pleaded guilty to possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct in the first degree. Graff possessed more than 100,000 images of child pornography on his computer. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Sept. 18, 2014, at 1:30 p.m. in room 250 of the County-City Building in Tacoma.

On Mar, 19, 2014, Puyallup Police began an investigation after receiving a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The cyber tip was reported by Microsoft Skydrive regarding an account it discovered using the defendant’s name that had potential images of child pornography from February 28, 2014. Many of the images contained previously identified victims, and all were classified as child pornography. The images depict young children in various states of undress and also engaged in sexual activity with adults.

“Cooperation between Microsoft, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the Puyallup Police and our office resulted in justice,” said Prosecutor Mark Lindquist.  “This is another example of how we can work together for a safer community.”
