Sagging pants, warrants | Bonney Lake Police Blotter

On Sept. 24 officers were dispatched to a lewd conduct complaint in the parking lot of a department store. Three males were near the entrance of the store, and one reportedly had his pants partways down. One male told officers their pants may have been sagging buts they were wearing shorts under their pants.

BICYCLE THEFT: Officers were dispatched on Sept. 24 to a report of a bike theft at Mt. View Middle School. The bike was left unlocked and was not being watched during a sports event. The bike is a black with white forks and a red spring center. The reporting party gave officers the bike’s serial number.

LEWD CONDUCT: On Sept. 24 officers were dispatched to a lewd conduct complaint in the parking lot of a department store. Three males were near the entrance of the store, and one reportedly had his pants partways down. One male told officers their pants may have been sagging buts they were wearing shorts under their pants. Officers asked each male for their IDs. Two males lied to officers about their IDs, but later recanted, and said they lied because they both had warrants out of two different cities. Both males were arrested and transported away.
