Senior fashion show set for Friday at 10 a.m.

The theme of this year's show is "It Don't Mean a Thing if it Ain't Got That Bling!" and the focus will be on accessorizing for that special look.

The Bonney Lake Senior Center will host its annual fashion show at 10 a.m. Friday and tickets are going fast.

The theme of this year’s show is “It Don’t Mean a Thing if it Ain’t Got That Bling!” and the focus will be on accessorizing for that special look.

Tickets for the event are $5.

The senior center will also host two raffles this year. The main raffle proceeds will go to the Lions4Kids House, to help provide children in the community with school clothes and other services. There are 26 items in the raffle, including handmade quilts and afghans, an ornate hand-scrolled clock and other items.

The center will also sponsor a Red Hat Raffle featuring items such as hats, Boyd’s Bears and a collector’s doll. Proceeds from the Red Hat raffle will go to the fund for a new senior center van.

All raffle tickets are $1 each or six for $5.
