Shot fired at house party over weekend; three arrests made

On Jan. 29, officers were called to Justice Place to reports of a loud party complaint and shots being fired.

Enumclaw police, with assistance from Buckley, Black Diamond, Bonney Lake, and the Washington State Patrol, investigated a shooting at an Enumclaw home over the weekend.

On Jan. 29, shortly after 11 p.m., Enumclaw officers were dispatched to a loud party complaint in the 2700 block of Justice Place. While in route to the call, Officers were advised that there had now been shots fired at the same location.

When officers arrived, they discovered a large number of underage folks drinking. After a short investigation, one juvenile was arrested and booked for possession of an illegal firearm and unlawful possession of narcotics. Another subject was arrested and booked for reckless driving.

The two subjects were driven to the hospital for over-intoxication, and the homeowner was arrested for furnishing liquor to minors. All other juveniles were released to parents on scene.

The identity of the person who fired the shots is still under investigation. No people or property were found to have been struck by the shots, and no shell casings were found.
