City Councilmembers and a few members of the public got a first look at the new Interim Justice center before the council’s Nov. 16 study session.
The new building, which is now in city hands, was originally designed as a retail/office space to help spur development in the city’s Downtown core.
But plans for the $4.2 million, 26,000-square-foot building may have changed and the council is considering using the building to house city employees.
