All schools in the Sumner School District are closed today due to the snow. 

Any time school is closed due to inclement weather all school activities, athletics and extra-curricular events are canceled. This includes all practices, mandatory or volunteer, any contests, games, matches, meets, events, facility rentals, etc. There will also be no out-of-district transportation.

All schools in the Dieringer School District are operating on a two hour delay.

Snow showers are predicted to continue through the day with additional accumulations of up to two inches and a high near 33.

The snow will gradually taper off to a mostly cloudy, but cold night with overnight lows in the teens. Little to no additional accumulation is expected.

Friday will be mostly sunny with a high near 33.
