A trooper stopped a Seattle resident for driving 53 mph in a 35 mph zone at the White River bridge

November 19:  A Bonney Lake man was stopped Nov. 19 for traveling 69 mph in a 50 mph speed zone on SR 164 near the White River Amphitheatre.  He was cited for speeding and driving with a suspended license.

TWO CHARGES:  A trooper stopped a Seattle resident for driving 53 mph in a 35 mph zone at the White River bridge on state Route 410 at 10 p.m. Nov. 13. The motorist was cited for speeding and driving with a suspended license.

WSP NOTE: Thanks to a traffic safety grant from the Muckleshoot Indian tribe, there will be extra police patrols working every Friday and Saturday night on the roads around the Muckleshoot Casino, Auburn and Enumclaw, including state Route 164.
