    The rainstorm hit Jan. 6 and by noon Jan. 7 state Route 410 between Traffic and Valley avenues was closed due to water over the road. Rainier Manor and  River Park flooded when the Puyallup River breached its banks.

    Emergency work on SR 410 begins; Crystal Mountain opens with limited operations

    It’s unclear when the highway may fully open, or how construction will affect traffic delays.

    Crystal Mountain announces opening day with limited access

    Reservations are now required seven days a week, all times, including afternoon arrivals, while SR 410 is reduced to one lane after flooding.
