The public is invited to an evening of talent, laughter, and sheer entertainment – a talent show supporting Stacey Webber and her fight against cancer and to help raise funds to support her family.

Benefit Night, sponsored by the Sumner High School Associated Student Body, is set for 7 p.m. Feb. 18 and 19 at the Sumner Performing Arts Center.

The fourth-annual event will feature a variety of performances making for a fun evening of entertainment for the whole community. Admission is $8 per person and donations will be accepted.

The center is located at 1707 Main St.

Benefit Night takes place each year to benefit a member of our community. Webber, a mother of two, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Though she is undergoing weekly chemotherapy, she continues supporting the Sumner High School staff and community with her work in the Tiny Sparts Day Care.

Proceeds from the event will support her by providing the family with donations to offset medical expenses.
